How long have you been with Accel? I joined Accel in January of 2021, after several years as one of our company’s customers.
Brief work history: I’ve spent my 20+ year career in events and hospitality. My experiences span from working on cruise ships, and in hotels and venues, to running my own meeting and events company.
Favorite Part about working at Accel? Reimagining the company from a customer perspective. I’m excited to bring new technology and bespoke offerings to the forefront of our business.
Fun (personal) fact about yourself: I’m a news junkie and political nerd. I always want to be informed about what’s going on in the world.

How long have you been with Accel?  
I am new to the Accel team and joined in February, but have been working with Accel as a client for many years as well as being a part of the Oahu event industry for 15 years in various capacities.
Brief work history:  
Prior to Accel I spent many years at one of my favorite places in the world- the beautiful Turtle Bay Resort where I was most recently was the Director of Catering & Conference Services & Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. I have been blessed to work as a part of many event teams around the island on other special events as well. Prior to relocating home to Hawaii I lived and worked in Washington State & New Zealand.

The team! We truly have an amazing team and we are all so excited to be working together to reach the new goals we have for this brand.

Brief work history: I spent 10 years working in the event industry of Charleston, SC; from photography to warehouse management and everything in between.
Favorite part about working at Accel? I get to give the Director of operations a hard time.
Fun (personal) fact about yourself: My middle name was supposed to be my 1st name but because my parents didn’t want my initials to spell out “A.S.S” they did me a solid & switched it up lol .

Brief work history: 25 years in customer service with 10 years in the rental industry.
Favorite part about working at Accel? The people. From our employees, to the clients, it’s the people that make this a great company and an amazing industry.
Fun (personal) fact about yourself? I have an unhealthy obsession with singing on stage. I don’t think I am good at it, nor have I ever “really” done it, but I am obsessed to the point that I have a set that I’ve been working on for a few years!

How long have you been with Accel? A little over 2 years
Brief work history: I’ve been in the events industry for about 6 years. Prior to Accel, I coordinated weddings and events.
Favorite part about working at Accel? The people. I love that I get to interact with so many different people every day – from our clients to our team members. The people are what keep this job fun and interesting!
Fun (personal) fact about yourself! I’ve been dancing almost my whole life. I started dancing ballet and tap at the age of 4, jazz, hip hop, and gymnastics at the age of 6, and danced through my entire high school and college years. I still like to get to a class every once in a while. Maybe I can back up dance for Nick when his set is ready. Lol.
